Enjoy free ground shipping anywhere in Canada. At checkout, you can choose FedEx Ground or Canada Post — both are completely free.
🚚 Order Processing & Delivery Estimates
Orders placed before 1 pm Eastern time ship the same day. Orders placed after 1 pm ship the next business day.
Delivery time varies depending on the destination and the courier's network in your area.
You can find out when your gift will arrive directly on the product page. Enter the delivery address to view your options — you'll also see them again at checkout.
Rural or remote locations may be redirected to the nearest pickup point for collection.
📦 Tracking Your Order
You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. This lets you follow your package every step of the way.
If you need to call Canada Post or FedEx about the shipment, please mention the recipient's name and address. Carriers identify parcels by the recipient, not the purchaser.
🏥 Hospital Deliveries
- Delivery drivers cannot go directly to patient rooms. Gifts are delivered to the hospital's Shipping & Receiving department. From there, internal staff transfer the package to the patient's room. Each hospital's process is different, and this step usually takes 1–3 days.
- We recommend shipping to the patient's home when possible, or confirming the patient will still be admitted several days after delivery.
- Undeliverable parcels: If a package returns to us, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional fees may apply.
- Unclaimed packages: After 60 days, unclaimed gifts are donated to a local food bank.
🌎 International Shipping
We offer international delivery outside of the USA. Add your gift basket to the cart, enter the destination, and view real-time rates and delivery estimates. At this time, we are not shipping to the United States.
Canada Post International Parcel – Surface
Our most economical international shipping option, International Parcel Surface is ideal for non-urgent deliveries. Parcels are transported by ground and sea, resulting in longer transit times of approximately 4 to 12 weeks depending on the destination and customs processing. Tracking may be limited or unavailable in some countries. This service is best suited for customers who prefer a lower shipping cost and are not time-sensitive.
Canada Post Xpresspost International
Xpresspost International is a fast and reliable shipping option for international deliveries. Estimated delivery times are typically 4 to 7 business days between major cities; however, shipments can take up to 10 business days or longer depending on the destination, customs processing, and other factors beyond our control. This service includes full tracking, delivery confirmation, and on-time delivery guarantees where available. It is ideal for customers who want a secure and trackable shipping experience.

- Address correction while in transit may incur a $17 fee plus taxes.
