Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your order to be prepared and shipped.
In order for your gifts to arrive in time for Christmas your gifts must leave on or before these dates.
These dates apply to city centres only. For more rural or non city center areas allow an additional 1-2 business days

NOTE: Rural areas take longer for delivery
It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate recipient information. Such as address and telephone number. For appartement buildings it is crucial that the buzzer number, appartment and correct address as it appears at reception. If a gift basket needs to be reshipped due to incorrect address information a surcharge will apply. Keep in mind that in certain remote areas the delivery time may vary.
Please note Ground service and Express Service is available Monday to Friday only.
***We also offer FedEX 2 day and FedEX Priority Overnight service at an additional cost.
**FedexPriority overnight and 2day service are only operational Monday to Friday. Should you require an emergency saturday delivery please contact customer service at 1-888-774-4387
The cost for Fedex 2day and Priority overnight is calculated using LIVE rates which will be calculated based on the location of the shipment.
** If your gift was shipped with the FREE ground shipping by Canadapost they will make a delivery attempt and if no one is home they will leave a delivery notice on the door.
The recipient will be able to pick up their gift at the nearest Post office. The recipient will have 2 weeks to claim their gift. If the gift is not claimed within 2 weeks then it would get sent back to Glitter Gift Baskets and there will be a reshipping fee.
** A Signature is required by the recipient. (Gift Baskets are not left at the door unless specified by the client)
Wine Baskets
According to Provincial & Federal laws, Glitter Gift Baskets will not deliver wine to minors. Proof of identification will be required upon delivery.

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed or shipped
We are not liable for incorrect and incomplete addresses.
Our shipping carrier will make 2 delivery attempts before returning a package.
New shipping charges will apply to process returned orders.
