COVID-19 PROTOCOLS

We recognize that, with social distancing, lock-downs and people feeling increasingly isolated and disconnected, gifting can be a powerful way to maintain connections in both our personal and professional lives. Our online store remains open 24/7 with free shipping all across Canada.

We remain open although we are operating with reduced staff in order to adhere to social distancing. You may experience an additional day in order processing for your basket to ship. We apologize for any inconvenience but this is crucial to ensure your saftey and our employees safety.

All our phone and office staff are working from home and we only allow 1 worker in the warehouse at a time to ensure the utmost safety.


The health and well-being of our clients, our employees, and the community are of utmost importance to us and so we have implemented a number of protocols related to COVID-19, specifically:

We have drastically increased the strength and frequency of cleaning and disinfection, focusing heavily on frequently-touched surfaces such as tables, doorknobs, light switches, handles, desks, toilets, faucets, and sinks, per WHO guidelines.

We are encouraging employees to wash hands frequently throughout the day.

We are closely monitoring information from the Public Health Agency of Canada, and the World Health Organization for updates and communicating these updates to our team so they can remain safe both inside and outside of the workplace.
