It is important that you provide us with the complete and accurate delivery information including a telephone number for your recipient at the time of submitting your order.I
In the event an incorrect postal code is provided or unit number is missing,or a buzzer code missing an correction fee of $14.00 (plus applicable sales tax) is charged by our carrier to successfully deliver your order. Please note that incomplete or inaccurate information may also result in delays or the return of your parcel to our facility.
Once your gift order has been processed and shipped from our facility, we cannot make any changes to the delivery address.
In the event your gift recipient requests that their gift order be redirected to an alternate address, an address redirection fee of $14.00 (plus taxes)
***If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address you will be responsible to pay for the fees that Fedex and Canada Post charge us to have the parcel sent back to us. along with a reshipping fee.
***If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address and you wish to have a refund. We will refund the price of the basket minus the shipping fees incurred by the carrier and a 20% restocking fee.

**FedEx Priority overnight is only operational Monday to Friday.
If you place your order before 12pm eastern time it will ship the same business day for delivery the next business day using the FedEx Priority Overnight Service *******NOTE DURING THE HOLIDAYS IT TAKES 1 BUSINESS DAY TO PREPARE YOUR ORDER THEN IT SHIPS WITH FEDEX PRIORITY OVERNIGHT
***IF THE RECIPIENT IS LOCATED WITHIN A 30 KM RADIUS FROM THE FEDEX DEPOT THEY WILL MAKE 1 DELIVERY ATTEMPT AND THEY WILL LEAVE A DELIVERY CARD NOTICE INDICATING WHERE IT CAN BE PICKED UP.
The cost for FedEx Priority overnight is calculated using LIVE rates which will be calculated based on the location of the shipment.
Once a Parcel has been shipped it is not possible to change the address.
It is your responsibility to provide us with accurate recipient information. Such as address and telephone number. For apartment buildings it is crucial that the buzzer number, apartment and correct address as it appears at reception. If a gift basket needs to be reshipped due to incorrect address information a surcharge will apply. Keep in mind that in certain remote areas the delivery time may vary.
** If your gift was shipped with the FREE ground shipping by Canada post they will make a delivery attempt and if no one is home they will leave a delivery notice on the door and the gift can be picked up at their nearest post office OR they sometimes "safe drop" it outside the house. The recipient has 2 weeks to claim the gift. If it is not claimed then it gets sent back to Glitter Gift Baskets and at that time a reshipping fee will occur. All shipping methods include insurance for the gift.
** If your gift was shipped with the FREE ground shipping using FedEx Ground they will attempt to deliver the gift and if no one is home they will either leave it at the door or they will re-attempt the following day.
Fedex and canadapost do not call the recipents prior to delivery
It is not recommended to ship gifts to hospitals. Glitter Gift Baskets can assure you as to when the gift will be delivered to the hospital but we make no guarantees of when the hospital will transfer the gift to the patient.
It is preferred to ship the gift to the home.

Free Ground Shipping is sent by Canada post and they make one delivery attempt. If no one is home at the time of delivery it will be brought to the closest post office whereby the recipients can pick it up at their convenience or it may be safe dropped outside their home.
