Ordered this basket for a friend who became a new mother to a baby boy. I ordered from overseas as I do not live in Montreal anymore, but she got the basket within 2 days of ordering. Only problem was I did not receive a shipping confirmation email to let me know that it was shipped and to be able to track the delivery. I called customer service and they were very courteous and gave me what I needed - there happened to be a glitch in the system that day, but they corrected it and I received the tracking email right after the call. Very satisfied with the service and my friend was very happy with the product.
