How do I create an account?
  1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site.
2) Enter your email address.
3) Select "I am a new customer".

Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.
How do I edit my account information?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to edit your account information.
How much is my shipping?

Shipping is FREE in Canada for all gift baskets !!

EXPRESS Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.
I forgot my password.
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password.
How do I return my product?

I received the wrong product.

What is your return policy?


All returns and exchanges require preauthorization from Glitter Gift Baskets through email at The Gift Basket(s) should be returned in their original packaging. No credit or replacement will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by our customer service department. Shipping costs for the return shipment are the customer's responsibility unless the item was delivered damaged or defective.

It is required that all returns be returned within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Processing a return/exchange may take up to 10 business days. All refunds are issued for the product's purchase price only and can only be issued to the same credit card used at the time of purchase.

*Shipping charges cannot be refunded, Christmas-themed seasonal items and customized items cannot be refunded.


Once we authorize your exchange/return you can return your product by mailing it to: Glitter Gift Baskets 5593 Chemin St Francois, St Laurent, QC H4S1W6

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

*We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When will my order ship?

After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information.
